The room was large and had everything we needed. For some reason, there were no toothbrushes or toothpaste, but I brought my own. The food was excellent. The staff was very friendly and spoke Russian. The rooms were cleaned daily. Everything in the room was fresh and clean, including a kettle, tea and coffee set, refrigerator, microwave, a liter of water per day for each person, and a TV. The pool with sauna and gym are free for all guests. Spa access is available for an additional fee. There's a free daily shuttle from the hotel to the Dubai Mall and back. There's a regular shuttle to and from the beach. Wi-Fi is available throughout the hotel and on the beach. There are always plenty of sun loungers, umbrellas, and towels on the beach, and there are no problems. The toilets and showers are also working. The only inconvenience was the lack of changing rooms on the beach. Food and drinks were available for purchase on the beach. We took two sightseeing tours (Dubai and Abu Dhabi) with SaidTours. We really enjoyed the tours and their organization. They were very informative and engaging, and answered all our questions thoroughly. I'd also like to highlight their honest customer service and the wide variety of payment options, including ruble transfers from a Russian card. We were very impressed by the local museum in Ajman, which we visited independently. The museum is located in an old fort. Even without a Russian-language audio guide, it was incredibly interesting and informative.
We are very grateful to everyone for the service and the hotel atmosphere. Wonderful staff, excellent service, and of course, kudos to the chef for the delicious breakfasts and the abundant selection of fruits, pastries, and hot dishes. We would recommend your hotel to my dearest and most beloved people. May your business prosper, and we wish you all happiness and prosperity!
I loved the hotel, especially the hospitality! The staff was friendly and helpful. We arrived at 9 a.m., changed, and headed to the beach. It's large and fully equipped. We arrived back around 1 p.m., and were given a room at 1:30 p.m. It was a large standard room with a side view of the bay. The room was tired, but clean. The bed was huge and very comfortable with comfortable pillows. The food was excellent. The bay is stunning; the water is warm, not hot, in October. We'll be happy to return!
We've arrived home and are already missing your country and the wonderful breakfasts and dinners. We had a wonderful vacation, our stay at your hotel was very comfortable, the staff was very friendly and helpful, and the food was varied and delicious. I give our stay an A+. I wish you prosperity and success, and keep up the good work. I hope this isn't our last time in your country and at your hotel. ????????????????????
This was my first visit to the UAE, so choosing a hotel was important to me. The hotel staff is very attentive and friendly. The cuisine is delicious and varied. My room was spacious with a view of the bay. Special thanks for the excellent cleaning (thanks to Nazmul) and the convenient transfer to and from the beach. The room had everything I needed for my stay, and everything worked perfectly. Thank you for a pleasant experience. I will definitely recommend this hotel to my friends.
